Get Ready for a Unique Online Experience!

The 41st annual SSE Conference took place July 23 - 26, 2023, at Indiana University, where maverick scientists worldwide shared the latest and most advanced thinking on edge science topics. This online conference encore is an opportunity to (re)experience the event - plus exclusive online presentations - in a highly interactive, virtual space.

This encore will take place from October 20-22, 2023. Long talks, short talks, and panels will be shared on several exciting topics, including psychic functioning, tai chi, healing, subtle energy, UAP/UFOs, remote viewing, altered states of consciousness, AI, and more.

Speakers will be in attendance for live Q&A sessions, and t
he SSE will provide multiple opportunities to network in various virtual spaces between talks. If you'd like to participate in these social events, please plan to attend with your microphone and camera.

Recordings from the event will be available exclusively to attendees for a minimum of six weeks after the conference encore, so consider registering regardless of your availability October 20-22nd.

Registration is $47 for General Admission and $23 for SSE Members for the full 3-day event. Proceeds will support the SSE's mission to provide a professional forum for presentations, criticism, and debate concerning topics, which, for various reasons, are ignored or studied inadequately within mainstream science.

Society for Scientific Exploration

http://scientificexploration.org

Since 1982, the Society for Scientific Exploration (SSE), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, has provided a professional forum for presentations, criticism, and debate concerning topics, which for various reasons, are ignored or studied inadequately within mainstream science. The SSE also promotes improved understanding of those factors that unnecessarily limit the scope of scientific inquiry, such as sociological constraints, restrictive world views, hidden theoretical assumptions, and the temptation to convert prevailing theory into prevailing dogma. The SSE publishes a peer-reviewed journal, the popular EdgeScience magazine, hosts conferences, and connect scholars through networking events, both online and in person.

Bob Marks has a master’s degree in chemistry from the City University of New York. Until 1966, he was a chemistry instructor and thought that astrology was unscientific nonsense. Then out of curiosity, he read a book on how to do your own horoscope. It seemed to work, but being a scientist, he decided to put it to the test. He had a friend send him the birth information of people whom he had never met. For the first one, he wrote that “this woman has a sharp tongue and she can tear you apart in seconds with her sarcastic remarks.” He wrote back, “You’re right. She’s my wife.” That’s how it started. Bob has been a full-Time professional astrologer since March 1981 and producer and host of Astrology Now on Manhattan Cable TV from 1979 to 2010, the longest-running astrology show on television.  He published a book review of Astrology off the Beaten Track in the Journal of Scientific Exploration, 23(4).

Her current research interest is energy healing, with a focus on identifying possible energies involved in healing and the exceptional experiences of healers. In agreement with other investigators, she has observed relatively large magnetic fields in the vicinity of healers, with ‘charge-discharge’ characteristics of Reichian orgone.

Hardy earned a Ph.D. in ethnopsychology, and was a research assistant at Princeton’s Psychophysical Research Laboratories, as well as a systems theorist on consciousness, at Eco-Mind Systems Science. And since 2015, the Infinite Spiral Staircase Theory (ISST), a cosmology positing a hyper dimension of cosmic consciousness (+hyperspace, hypertime).ISST postulates a tachyonic consciousness-energy and a hyperdimensional semantic (syg)-field in all beings/systems. Dr. Hardy is currently modelling nonlocal mind, psi, spiritual processes, and mind-over-matter.
